Shipping

We can ship to any address in Canada & the USA using Canada Post. We are not currently offering international shipping. In stock products will ship within 24 business hours of your order being placed. This typically takes place within an hour or two during business hours. In the event that we are not able to ship within the normal 24 hour period, you will be notified. Products are shipped in non-descript, plain boxes to protect your privacy. Once your order is processed and shipped, we update your account with the tracking number which can then be used to track your shipment through www.CanadaPost.ca. (Canada Shipments Only)

Unless otherwise specified on the product page (Large Packages and Packages of excessive weight are subject to additional shipping charges. You will, however, be contacted prior to shipping should that be the case). US Customers are responsible for any duty charges incurred during shipment of product. We've not encoutered this yet, but feel that we should mention it.

Privacy

Information collected from you is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and / or to verify against fraud. Your information is never sold or shared with anyone outside of our normal business partners that ensure you receive your products safely. Your privacy is our policy. We ship all products in non-descript, plain boxes.  Charges to your Credit Card for products purchased from BittenLip will appear as (Web Purch).

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on opened, non-defective products. This is due to the nature of the products and to ensure safety for all of our clients. You will be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product in question is defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
